Caterpillar Lines
The very Hungry Caterpillar was our inspiration.
After learning about vertical, horizontal and diagonal lines then zig-zag, curvy, dotted, and curly lines, the kindergarteners made a caterpillar using their newfound knowledge.
Adventures with a Purple Crayon
Our Kindergarten students have had fun learning about Harold's adventures. We created our own adventure with a purple crayon.

Name Art
Name Art this is an alternative Self-Portrait!
Students are brain storming symbols that represent their personalities, characteristics and specific interests to include in a lettering design using the letters of their name. They are then coloring using crayons and colored pencils. The background is painted most likely using a complementary color by looking from the color wheel. Some exciting work with pictures to come!
